After graduating from Three Rivers Community College in CT, Katherine moved to Buffalo and attended the University at Buffalo graduating with a Masters of Architecture Degree in 2019.

Growing up with a Mom who is an artist, Katherine was introduced to the art community at a young age. She took art lessons while she was still in elementary school, and as she got older she discovered Architecture as her artistic outlet.

 

"It has math, design, and art," Katherine said about her love for Architecture.

During her college years, Katherine was the secretary to Students for the Performing Arts Group. She also acted in several plays. At UB she belonged to the Japanese Student Association.

​

In her space time, she likes to sew, sing and make art. She has a cat named Penelope (Penny) and a brother who is in the Navy.
